CST — Core Skill Training — was founded in the worst stretch of Malaysia's pandemic, when nobody could be in a room together. We are Malaysia's first training institution built with personal growth as the core idea rather than a side product. Everything since has come from one question: what actually makes a person change?

Most training hands you an answer. We built CST the other way round — the answer is already in the person; the work is getting them to see it. “你的成长，由你定义。” That is why our rooms are experiential rather than lecture-shaped, and why people come back.

Different people change in different rooms. So we built six — each with its own pace, depth and intensity, feeding the same idea.

Coaches and learners in one community. A different theme every month — the layer where the learning actually sticks. Ka-Ku grew out of this.

THE COACHES · CST 教练阵容
CST was founded by Coach Sophia, who had already spent 17 years training teams before starting it, together with her own coaching crew. The coaching bench has grown since.
