These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CST Training (Malaysia) website (the “Site”) and any services, products, or content made available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

5. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
(a) use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;

(c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site;
(d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other accounts;
(e) use any robot, spider, or other automated device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose;
(f) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
(g) collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
(h) distribute spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications;

(j) use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information without the express consent of the owner.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall CST Training (Nextion Academy Sdn. Bhd.), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CST Training (Nextion Academy Sdn. Bhd.), its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
